I wish to comment on the outstanding customer service I received from your staff of your Nissan branch Basecamp, especially Lee Hanney.
I am writing to express my deep appreciation for the attention and concern shown by him for my purchase of a Nissan Qashqai, as my previous vehicle blew up and caught fire a couple of weeks prior on the way to work. Lee agreed that I could test drive a couple of vehicles, as I wanted to get a feel of them, as I travel 400 miles a week working for the MOD in Brecon. As my vehicle was written off and was without one a few days before Christmas, Matthew Harris kindly agreed to lend me a Micra so that I could complete and finalise my shopping. This was beyond my expectations and I feel it was largely due to the personal attention placed by Lee, Matthew and others within your company, ultimately persuaded me to buy the vehicle from you.
As a Contracts Manger for the MOD dealing with Military Officers and Senior Civil servants on a daily basis, I am responsible to ensure that a very high excellence of customer service is provided by my contractors to them which I have seldom witnessed in the private sector, but Nissan has proved me wrong.
Thanks again for the wonderful service. I will be more likely to purchase a vehicle and would recommend Griffin Mill to friends and family in the future. I wish to thank Mike Johnson for his kind gesture of good will on a mistake that was made with the mileage of my vehicle. I will enjoy my Nissan Qashqai Ntec for years to come and hopefully upgrade again with Griffin Mill in the future.
